Join our lifesharing community

Co-workers Welcomed: Join our Biodynamic farming and handcrafting community, which includes adults with special needs, located outside of Philadelphia and winner of multiple awards for sustainability.

We are looking for the right individual or family to help maintain a healthy home environment, guide the physical, spiritual, and social well-being of people with disabilities, and share in the governance of the
village.

Kimberton Hills is also specifically looking for one or two people to share the management of our dairy which includes about 35-40 milking cows and replacements, an organic/grass fed Biodynamically inspired raw milk business, and the concomitant duties—herd health, pasture management, customer relations, testing, training others, working with crews, managing equipment and capital, collaborating with other agriculturalists, and living in a healthy Camphill community. The dairy is an exceptional asset to the region and we want it to continue, thrive innovatively and be well-managed.
